spotcue.online uses no cookies, no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no tracking pixels and no advertising or analytics scripts. There is nothing to consent to, so you will not see a cookie banner here.
These pages are static HTML. They carry no analytics, no advertising technology, no social widgets, no embedded third-party frames and no fingerprinting. The only script anywhere on the site is a single line on the sign-in callback page that forwards you into the SpotCue app; it stores nothing and reads nothing about you.
Our web host serves the pages and, like any web server, processes the network request needed to deliver them. That is how the web works and it does not involve storing anything on your device.
Consent rules apply to storing or reading information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the page you asked for. This site does neither, so a banner would ask you to agree to something that is not happening. A consent dialog with nothing behind it is worse than no dialog at all, so we have not added one.
This policy covers the website. The SpotCue mobile app is a different thing: it stores data on your device so the app can work — your sign-in session, your reminders, your saved places and your settings — and it uses analytics and crash reporting that are not linked to your identity. What the app collects, and what leaves your device, is described in full in the Privacy Policy.
If we ever add something that stores or reads information on your device beyond what is strictly necessary, we will update this page before doing so and introduce whatever consent mechanism the law requires. We will not add tracking quietly.
