You can delete your SpotCue account and everything attached to it at any time. It is permanent and it is not reversible — there is no grace period and no way for us to restore it afterwards.
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because Apple and Google handle billing, not SpotCue. See Cancelling a subscription below.
This is the fastest route and needs nothing from us.
If you have already uninstalled SpotCue, lost access to your sign-in method, or cannot reach the setting for any other reason, ask us and we will delete the account for you.
Email support@spotcue.online from the email address on the account, with the subject Delete my SpotCue account.
We need the request to come from the account's own email address, or to be able to verify ownership another way — otherwise anyone could delete someone else's account by knowing their address. If you signed in with Apple and used Hide My Email, send the request from that relay address.
We reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.
Deletion removes your account record itself, and every row keyed to it is removed with it:
Nothing on this list is archived, and none of it is retained in a form we can restore.
Three things survive account deletion, and none of them are ours to remove:
Cancel before you delete the account, or you will keep being charged for a subscription you can no longer use.
iPhone or iPad: iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → SpotCue → Cancel Subscription.
Android: open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → SpotCue → Cancel subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
